18U Tier 1 Nats Update
The 18U tier 1 Nationals hosted Hamilton Tuesday at the Stadium and travelled to Kitchener for a twin bill Wednesday versus the Panthers..

Tuesday versus the Cardinals Cam Daigle hit a solo home run to put the Nats ahead 2-0 early but the visitors chipped away over the next five innings eventually winning 6-2. Jacob Hall, Carter Musselman, David Hynd, Isaac Deline, Evan Heinbuch and Spencer Eidt also had hits for the Nats. Daigle and Nole Musselman combined to allow five earned runs on the mound giving up eight hits while striking out eight.

Wednesday the Nats rolled to two wins over Kitchener; 9-2 in the opener and 11-7 in the night cap. Hynd knocked in a pair of runs in the opener on a pair of hits. Eidt and Nole Musselman also had two base raps a piece. Owen Akey went the distance in an efficient mound effort allowing just one earned run on three hits with seven strike outs.

Heinbuch, Akey, Owen Duiker, Tallyn Soper and Daigle each had two hits while Deline and Eidt delivered the goods from the bump in the middle of the infield, allowing five earned runs on eight hits.
