History (Stratford Minor Baseball Association)

PrintHistory
Stratford Minor Baseball was founded in 1948 by Mr. Basil Schooley and Mr. Bill Bolton.  Today, we have over 500 kids playing baseball in the City of Stratford.  We have an All-Star division which plays in the Intercounty Baseball Association.  We also have a strong house league program.

We play on 5 different fields across the city.  Our main field is National Stadium.  National Stadium was built in 1920, by a group of workers from CN Rail.

We are proudly run by a group of dedicated volunteers and generously supported by our community.
