5U HL - Picture Day, Calendar (Stratford Minor Baseball Association)

No need to show up to Packham any differently than you normally do. Maaike and her team will be setup somewhere at Packham and each team will have a turn to get their pictures taken. Maaike will explain how ordering works when you are over there, and a member from her team will come get your team when it is your turn. Please try to get over to her in a timely manner.

Depending on cooperation and how things go, some teams may spill over 6pm. Not really any way of avoiding this with 8 teams. If parents could make sure to help coaches wrangle kids and stay in line so we can get through everyone in good time that would be much appreciated. I believe players will hold a bat on their shoulder for their individual pictures.
