FIRST COME FIRST SERVE - teams will be locked in based on time payment is received. IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REMIND TEAMS FOR PAYMENT - acceptance is based on time payment is received. NO exceptions. There are also NO REFUNDS. Your spot will be confirmed when you receive an email from SMBA indicating you are confirmed. Thank you.

We have 2 payment options:

1) E-transfer FULL AMOUNT ($625) to [email protected].  Please indicate SMBA 9U Tournament - Your Team Name and use "Nationals2026" as the password.  If you do not enter this information your e-transfer will be declined as we need to know who the e-transfer is coming from. EXAMPLE: "SMBA 9U Tournament - Stratford Nationals" in the notes section.

2) Mail cheque to "SMBA, PO Box 783, Stratford, ON, N5A6W1"
