From there you can register as an existing umpire with your card number and password or register as a new umpire. Kids born in 2005 are eligible to attend the level 1 clinic this year. You must register on the OBA website in order to attend the clinic.
Registration will begin at 8:30am and cost is $30 for level 1 and $50 for level 2 umpires (pizza lunch included in cost)
