The SMBA family day committee is hoping to secure a commitment in the coming days from Midget tier 1 coach Ben Ehgoetz to have his team host an ICBA opponent for the new Family Day date. The Midget team is in 2nd place at about the half way point in the ICBA season showing everyone that the small town lads can compete with the larger cities that make up the rest of the Inter County loop. Mark your calendars to come out and watch some exciting baseball for Saturday July 29 and SMBA Family Day at National Stadium. Over 25 draw prizes to be won, full concessions, BBQ and best of all free admission. Time TBA.
