The Major Bantams participated in the ICBA playoffs this past weekend and just fell short in their quest for the title losing 6-3 to Brantford in the final.
They got off to a bad start Friday losing to Guelph. They then battled back defeating Kitchener and Waterloo to advance to Sundays final to face the undefeated Brantford Red Sox. A couple of untimely errors and lack of hitting allowed Brantford overtake a 3-2 Stratford lead then held off Stratford for the win. The Bantams head to Leamington this coming weekend to take part in the OBA playoffs for their last action for the season.
