rep team played a great game against Listowel falling short 7-5.
Stratford had some aggressive base running with Beckham McLeod, Noah Roth,
Nolan Trainor, Jack Buckley, Quinn Appel , and Kieran Butler. Andrew Leitch
had a great sacrifice bunt to move a runner into scoring position. Nick
Betto and Brett Knechtel had some strong bats at the plate. Great
Defensive plays by Beckham McLeod, Noah Roth and Jack Buckley. Liam McEvoy was
behind the plate and threw out a runner at 2nd, with Noah McIlwain
catching a pop fly and tagging 3rd for a double play. This was
the first loss for the Mosquito Rep team in league play to date.
