Bantams lose final game of regular season
The Nationals lost their last game of the regular season to the Brantford Red Sox 9-3.
In a lethargic effort the home team was held to just 3 runs despite out hitting Brantford 8 -6 but could not get the hits when needed to score. Brantford scored 4 runs in the 6 th inning to pull away in a close game up to that point. William Cave led at the plate with 2 singles. Keegan McArthur, Jordan Sinclair, Eric Burton, and Declan Key, Andrew Barber had singles. Owen Duiker, a call up for the game also had a single. The Bantams finish in first place with a 21 - 4 record and look forward for ICBA and OBA playoffs to start.
