Please note that the Bantam Rep tryout for Friday has been cancelled.  Teams will be posted Sunday night or Monday morning at the latest.  

Tryout dates and times for the 2018 season are now posted in the calendar.  Coach for the tier 1 team will be Dave Graff.  Tier 2 will be Jeff Keller

The Major Bantams participated in the ICBA playoffs this past weekend and just fell short in their quest for the title losing 6-3 to Brantford in the final. They got off to a bad start Friday losing to Guelph. They then battled back defeating Kitchener and Waterloo to advance to Sundays final to face the undefeated Brantford Red Sox. A couple of untimely errors and lack of hitting allowed Brantford overtake a 3-2 Stratford lead then held off Stratford for the win. The Bantams head to Leamington this coming weekend to take part in the OBA playoffs for their last action for the season.

The Nationals lost their last game of the regular season to the Brantford Red Sox 9-3. In a lethargic effort the home team was held to just 3 runs despite out hitting Brantford 8 -6 but could not get the hits when needed to score. Brantford scored 4 runs in the 6 th inning to pull away in a close game up to that point. William Cave led at the plate with 2 singles. Keegan McArthur, Jordan Sinclair, Eric Burton, and Declan Key, Andrew Barber had singles. Owen Duiker, a call up for the game also had a single. The Mallot Creek Group bantams travelled to Waterloo Thursday night and came away with a 9-5 win over the Tigers.
